The invasion of Huntress goes well, but for how long?
The men and women of Task Force Serpent, acting on information supplied by a Clan traitor, have made the long and arduous journey from the Inner Sphere to Huntress, home of Clan Smoke Jaguar. With lightning swiftness, the Task Force has gained control of the planet and proceeds to dismantle the Jaguar war machine.
But unbeknownst to the soldiers of the reborn Star League, Smoke Jaguar reinforcements, refugees from Operation Bulldog in the Inner Sphere, are heading their way fast. Can the conquerors of Huntress survive another onslaught? Or will they fall before the might of an angry Clan?
