The end is near.
Taskforce Serpent and Operation Bulldog have succeeded in driving the Smoke Jaguars out of the Inner Sphere and destroying them on their own turf. All that remains is for the forces led by Victor Steiner-Davion to confront the Clans on their capital world and demand an end to the invasion. But according to Clan law, such a momentous decision must be decided on the field of battle. Can Victor and his allies prove once and for all that the Inner Sphere is just as capable as the genetically-engineered troops of the Clans? Or will a defeat on Strana Mechty open the door for an even more devastating assault on the worlds they call home?
