Formerly the world where the Star League held its Martial Olympiad. After the fall of the League, Outreach was claimed by the Capellan Confederation. It was lost to the Federated Suns during the Fourth Succession War and gifted to Wolf's Dragoons by Hanse Davion for services rendered in 3030. The Dragoons hold Outreach as an independent world, a status confirmed by House Liao during the Marik-Liao Offensive of 3057.
