Nueva Castile
Nine worlds in Deep Periphery, settled centuries ago by emigrants from Iberia. In 2830, they were invaded and nearly overrun by mysterious attackers piloting BattleMechs, which the Castilians had never seen before. Since then, the situation has turned around and the invaders, known as the Umayyads, control only one world.
