Waterly, Myndo
Primus of ComStar from the end of the 4SW to the end of the Clan invasion. A firm believer in ComStar's divine mission, she was a master manipulator and schemer and had a deep hatred of Hanse Davion. She attempted to seize power throughout the Inner Sphere with Operation Scorpion, but was thwarted by Sharilar Mori and Anastasius Focht, who executed her for her crimes.
