Tiepolo, Julian
Primus of ComStar during the Fourth Succession War. He was instrumental in the birth of the Federated Commonwealth and the Concord of Kapteyn, as well as fostering Anton Marik's rebellion against his brother. He died of a heart attack in the final days of the war and was succeeded by Myndo Waterly.
