First Consul of RWR in 2572, his invitation to the Star League military to conduct training in his realm incited political unrest. A year later, he passed the Universal Act of Loyalty. In 2575, he issued the Manchester Directive, outlawing membership in the Rim Republican Army, which caused more unrest and lead to the declaration of martial law. He was assassinated in 2599 by a military junta.
