Arc-Royal Defense Cordon
Region within Lyran Commonwealth that Morgan Kell took charge of after Katherine Steiner-Davion withdrew the Lyran half of the Federated Commonwealth. His actions were not self-serving but rather intended to send a message that the Clan threat was of greater importance than Katherine's quarrel with her brother. At the conclusion of the FedCom Civil War, Kell returned control of the ARDC to the Archon and it was renamed the Arc-Royal Theater.
